The new Five Stars is not going to refer to Five Users like Four Stars does. It's going to refer to Five Clans/Sects/Tribes/Groups whatever. It's going to be a sort of game.

Step 1: Sign Ups

First, we need a base membership of 20 people. Sign up in the comments. As long as you are one of the first 20 to sign up, sign up order doesn't matter.

If you see this and all 20 spots are taken, don't worry. You can sign up later in a different way.

  20. BreZ

I won't be actively advertising this blog, so it could be a while before 20 people sign up. Feel free to let word of this blog spread if you want.

Step 2: Picking Leaders

After 20 people have signed up, they will pick 5 people other than themselves to be leaders. We will tally up how many times each person is named. Whichever 5 people are named the most will be the team leaders.

If there is a tie, the 20 members will vote specifically between the people caught in the tie.

If there is a tie again, whoever was voted for the most will choose who gets to be one of the 5 leaders.

Step 3: Picking Teams

After the 5 leaders have been decided, they will take turns, in order of who was picked as leader by the most people, picking members from the remaining 15 people.

Step 4: Personalizing the Teams

This is the best part. After the teams have been created, the members can begin deciding things like what element best suits them, what hierarchy their team will or won't take, what made up deities the team may decide to worship and all sorts of fun.

Step 5: Accepting New Members

Teams can accept new members or trade members, but the rule is that no team can have 25 percent or more of the total population. Trades must be OK with both people being traded but don't have to be okay'ed by anybody else in either team. To join a team, over 50% of the teams members must be OK with you joining.

Step 6: Building Pages and Stuff

There are no rules to what you can and can't make pages about.

Some pages only belong to one team, others may belong to only one person and can be marked that way using categories.

Other pages may belong to nobody and can be "vandalized" and fought over however people see fit.

So yeah

Hopefully this works out and can be fun for everybody.
